"Southwinds Resort" located at Manila S Rd, Calamba, 4027 Laguna. This is a one of a newest
public resort in Pansol - but this is affordable. They have a four adult pools and one kiddie pool. This travel is family bonding and my sister despidida party before she go back in Taiwan for her work.

- Resort Rates - Valid up to MARCH 15, 2017.
- Resort Availability is on a "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS". Southwinds Resort are not reserve rooms unless it's big or large group 50 pax and above.
- CASH payment only
- Southwinds Resort rates based on 12 hours, it will start upon arrival & settlement of your bill
a. Is based on 12 hours swimming entrance fee & table cottage.
b. The 12 hours will only start once you arrive & settle the bill. (ex.: if you arrive at the resort at 7:00 am until 7:00 pm only.
c. If you extend more than 12 hours, you will need to pay another entrannce fee and another cottage.
II. ROOMS ONLY:
a. Rates is base on 12 hours depends on what time you arrive the resort. (ex.: if you arrive at the resort at 7:00 am - 7:00 pm is your check out time.
b. Extension hours on Room is Maximum (4) hours only.
c. More than (4) hours room extension. You will need to pay another 12 both rooms & entrance fee.
d. For HOURS COMPUTATION rate computation: 12 hours x 2 = 24 hours rate. The 24 hours stay means if you check in the morning (ex.: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm = 12 hours ; 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (the following days) = 12 hours.
e. For Couple Room for Maximum of (2) persons are allowed to enter the room and 2 persons shall be free of charge on swimming entrance.
f. For Family or Group Room Maximum of (50) persons are allowed to use the room. And shall be charge for additional swimming entrance fee.
g. Only (1) extra person per room, shall be allowed to enter the room and shall be charge ectra person rate with no bed.
h. If you wish to get extra mattress, this is subject for availability.
i. Guest/Customer can brinf their own food & drinks softdrinks, miniral water & juice with no corkage.
III. GRILL AREA:
a. Resort have a common grill area - free of charge just bring your own charcoal.
b. Corkage Free - shall be charge if you brinf beers,wine,liqour or any hard drinks inside the resort. Note!!! Resort do not allow the guest to bring many hard drinks. This is to avoid any accident & for everyone's safety. Resort also have cut-off time (start 12 midnight) in selling beers & liquors inside the resort.

b. Animal Pets & Gasul/Super Kalan or Gasul and Portable Stove are not allowed inside the resort.

HOW TO GET THERE:
- By Private Car - From Manila, take SLEX and exit to Calamba. Drive straight Calamba proper junction and turn right. SOUTHWINDS is located along National Highway.
- By Bus - From Manila, take Tritran, Jam, DLTB or HM Bus Liners with destination going to Sta. Cruz Laguna. These buses will bring you right infront of SOUTHWINDS Resort. Bus Terminals are located at the Buendia, Taft Ave and Cubao for HM Liners.
